At Gawber, we have two books to help us learn about the history of our local community that have been written by our Deputy Headteacher and History Leader. .
- A factual information book - Jeffrika's Gawber History Book
This is a book that explains the unique history of our village. Together with the local history community group, this book has been created to compliment the Gawber History trail.
A fictional story book - The Primary School Giraffe
This is a story about our school mascot, Jeffrika the giraffe, who goes on a magical journey back in time to visit Gawber School and learn about the differences between school then and now.
